File Guru is operated by RA Marketing, Kingdom of Bahrain ("File Guru", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the File Guru website and its tools (the "Service").
File Guru provides file-conversion and file-management tools. Most tools (PDF, image, video/audio, and utility tools) run entirely in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers. Three tools (AI PDF Summarizer, AI Rewrite & Translate, AI Extract Data) and the AI chat assistant send the text you provide to a third-party AI provider to generate a response; these are clearly labeled throughout the Service.
An account is not required to use the free tool library. Creating an account is required to subscribe to a paid plan or manage billing. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at mrklashksa@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to use the Service to process content you don't have the right to process, to attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond normal use, or to use the AI tools to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
The File Guru name, branding, and website code are owned by RA Marketing. You retain full ownership of any files or content you process using the Service — we do not claim any rights to your files. Because non-AI tools process files entirely on your device, we never receive or store the contents of those files.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Output from AI-powered tools may contain errors — always review AI-generated content before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RA Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
